APAF looks to engage national and local partners to create, sustain, measure, and expand programs in communities. Yet in a competitive marketplace, it’s critical to engage potential partners with a compelling story and tangible reasons that justify their support.
Our challenge was to retell the APAF brand story in a way that engages potential partners around its mission.

Our team started with a deep dive review of APAF history. We also worked with the APAF team to identify key trends, data, goals, and opportunities. That informed a structured exercise around core message development. We focused on retelling the APAF story in succinct, modern, accessible language. First, our team drafted content for a master presentation with 200+ core slides that the APAF team can customize based on the purpose of any individual meeting. Then we created a compelling layout for the presentation that warms and humanizes APAF’s mission and tells a visual story about its impact. It highlights key APAF programs and builds alignment around partnership opportunities. Finally, we handled content and creative for a high-end, companion mini-folder that provides an overview of the brand and each of APAF’s flagship programs.
