Challenge

Collaborative care is an evidence-based model to treat both physical and mental health. And evolvedMD is a pioneer in the space. Their team and their unique model of care provide elite support to primary care providers and better outcomes to patients. In 2025, evolvedMD planned to launch a new service line called evolvedBH. It specializes in psychopharmacology management for people who have complex needs. Yet without effective messaging for both the internal workforce and external stakeholders, launches can often have complex paths to success.

Our challenge was to help make the evolvedBH launch successful. We had to create the evolvedBH story, answer key questions, and equip their internal workforce with tools to drive the rollout. All in a tight 15-day timeline.

Solution

Our team hit the ground running to have a discovery call, do background research, and quickly create concepts and wireframes. We worked with the evolvedBH team to identify key data, barriers, questions, and opportunities. That informed a structured approach to develop content for a suite of branded assets. Those assets were the backbone of how the evolvedBH team would prep their internal workforce for the rollout and introduce the launch to the primary care providers that they work with in the community. And all assets aligned with best practices in accessibility for both copy and design. Our work included:

  • Succinct content for a master presentation that clinical leaders used to drive internal meetings
  • Compelling creative that aligned with existing brand standards and visualized the patient journey in the evolvedBH model of care
  • An extended library of FAQ-style content to live on an intranet for easy reference. It answered key questions for internal staff, external providers, and patients alike. These tools helped fuel a train-the-trainer style approach to cascading consistent guidance and language
  • A one-pager for the evolvedBH team and primary care providers to use with patients and families.
