There is no health without mental health. And APAF has been one of the top organizations in the field for decades. One of its focus areas is school mental health. APAF offers an award-winning curriculum to help school staff meet the mental health needs of students. Their team needed to expand their reach and get more schools engaged in the training. They also needed a new suite of materials to tell a succinct, compelling story about the curriculum and its impact.
Our challenge was to reshape the story around the curriculum and craft that into effective new materials. And we had to create a cost-effective digital campaign that stretched a small budget as far as possible and put the curriculum on the radar of hard-to-reach educators and administrators.

Our team started with a deep dive review of content and data on the topic. We worked with the APAF team to identify key trends, data, goals, and opportunities. That informed a structured approach to organizing and building a fresh content approach. We created an effective, succinct pitch deck to bring the story to life in key sound bites. Our team drafted email copy for pitch emails, handled creative for flyers and social media graphics, and made sure that the APAF team had the assets they needed to hold successful meetings and events. We also staged a multi-month digital campaign to target specific decision makers in the education field.
