There is no health without mental health. And APAF has been one of the top organizations in the field for decades. One of its focus areas is the mental health of the healthcare workforce. APAF offers compelling, high-quality content on how to meet the mental health needs of the healthcare workforce. Their team wanted to create a fresh approach to that content, get senior-level healthcare leaders to take notice, and get their organizations to use the content in real-world settings.
Our challenge was to remake that content in an engaging way and put it on the radar of hard-to-reach decision makers in large healthcare systems.

Our team started with a deep dive review of content and data on the topic. We also worked with the APAF team to identify key trends, data, goals, and opportunities. That informed a structured approach to organizing and building content, and we focused on bringing APAF’s vision to life for a robust PDF toolkit and video library. Our team drafted toolkit copy, handled tool kit creative, led development for the Frontline Connect website, and managed timelines for the entire project. We also staged a robust digital campaign across multiple advertising platforms to launch the site. The campaign targeted senior executives at large healthcare organizations and drove inbound lead generation via toolkit access.
