We created an evidence-based engagement strategy and a knowledge-forward website to engage primary care providers across the country
Strategy Development, Website Launch, and Engagement Campaign
Eating disorders often go unseen. In fact, many go undiagnosed and untreated, which can lead to serious health concerns. NCEED works to address this and educates primary care providers on how to identify and treat eating disorders. Based at the University of North Carolina, their team brought us on board to develop a strategy that expanded the impact of the project. They needed to reach more stakeholders, deliver an engaging message, and make information easier to find on its website. This would not only help the NCEED team hit key goals and KPIs — such as registrations for education activities — but also truly help people in need and make lives better. And that is the kind of work that gets us up every morning.
Our challenge was three-fold. One, expand reach with primary care providers. Two, get their attention. And three, create a website that makes information easy to access.
Strategy Development, Website Launch, and Engagement Campaign
Our team started with an in-depth strategy development process. We led a deep-dive session to identify trends and opportunities. We looked at data and led fact-finding calls with frontline providers. That informed our work to create a multi-year engagement strategy for the project with a detailed, tactical timeline. From there, our team dove in to execute the plan. Our work included:
